I had a great experience at Norwich Audi because very friendly and knowledgeable

Eliot provided excellent customer service, I cannot recommend him more, he took time to
explain everything, was professional and patient. I am however disappointed with the condition of the car. The sunshade mirror is broken (noticed in the showroom), there’s a scratch on the bonnet and I found a used cigarette butt in the back foot well when I got home. I don’t believe a full check was completed before the cat was handed over to myself. Very disappointing for a company like
Audi.

I had previously been turned away from 2 other Audi dealerships due to having a complex case with a contract hire. However I saw the car I wanted, contacted Harry at Norwich Audi who was most helpful and made happen exactly what we wanted. He went out of his way and it made the 8 hour round trip to collect the car more than worth it! Thanks Harry

I'd recommend Norwich Audi because overall great customer experience and Liam (salesman) looked after me and with all confusion with my new car and issues that occurred with transport and wheel issue he has looked after me massively with a courtesy car and arranged delivery for me with my new car once required work has been completed.
